Ohio mortgage loans
In Ohio, there are several choices for getting a mortgage loan. If you decide to use a mortgage broker, check them out first:
  • Are they licensed to do business in Ohio?
  • Do they have complaints on their Better Business Bureau file?
  • Can they provide any references from past customers?

Predatory lending laws in Ohio have hit many areas hard. Toledo, Cleveland, and Akron have all experienced high foreclosure rates. Many of these foreclosures are due to predatory lending and illegal house flipping.
